1,5 years passed, but no updates on this? How many upvotes do you need just to add a simple 24h clock? When we are making reports itâs really frustrating to convert 12h format into 24h. Dear PD team, please pay attention to this request.

It is unbelievable that a tool in which times, dates, and schedules are a core part of the functionality cannot offer such a basic feature as configuring the format for dates and times, and through cultural ignorance assumes the default to be the (illogical) format used only in the USA: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_format_by_country
An additional frustration is the inconsistency within the same aspect of the product - for instance when Editing a Schedule, the time restrictions use 24-hour clocks and YMD date display.
However, if you Schedule an Override from outside the Editor, the popup window uses MDY format and 12-hour clocks.
Guys, this is a serious blocker for my team. Not all the teams working for US companies are placed in US. PG is not a free app and there are alternatives.
Hey, you charge companies 20$ per user, and cannot implement for years regional setting that expected to be in any product in early beginning?
Hey guys, whatâs the deal with not having 24-hour format in your paid product? I mean, come on, itâs 2023 and this is such a basic feature that should be included by default!
Itâs really frustrating to have to constantly convert the time every time I want to schedule something. Honestly, itâs really simple to implement and I canât understand why it hasnât been done yet. Please prioritize this feature ASAP before more of your customers get fed up with having to deal with the inconvenience.
PagerDuty is our source of truth for incidents, and so I copy paste a lot from PagerDuty into our reports. So the times not being a standard format are really messing with me! Câmon!

So, in other words, fundamental functionality for an international service has not been implemented since the establishment in 2009 and will not be implemented in the observable future. Maybe they have this task in the backlog, but itâs not prioritized and they will do it only when they have some spare time. But before that, they donât bother about it.
